Organic Cart Service
Organics carts are 35 gallon cart with an orange lid. If you are interested in signing up for this service please call city hall at 763-784-5898 or email cityhall@ci.circle-pines.mn.us. This service is $7.50 a month. If you are interested, we have free kitchen pails with a few biodegradable bags as well as an organics guide to recycling available at city hall.
