2022 Elections

Primary Election August 9, 2022Absentee Voting or Mail In Voting Voting by mail is easy.
1. Go to www.mnvotes.org
2. Click on Other Ways to Vote
3. Click on Vote Early by mail.
There will be the information on how to vote by mail. Your first step is to fill out the application for absentee ballot. Once you have cast a ballot by mail, you can track your ballot and confirm that it was received and counted.

Vote In Person Absentee
June 24 through Monday, August 8. If you would like to vote absentee in person, you will need to go to City Hall, Monday-Friday during office hours beginning Friday, June 24 (or on the Saturday before Election Day from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. or until 5 p.m. on the Monday before Election day).

Sign Up for City and Utility Notifications and Reminders

If you would like to sign up to get reminders and notices from the city of Circle Pines, please click on the link to fill out the form. You can receive information by text or email.This is a great way for the city to stay in touch with residents with up coming events or to communicate emergency information to residents.

Organics Recycling

Circle Pines residents have the opportunity to dispose of their organic waste at the curb by subscribing to the organics program through Republic Services. Compostable items include food scraps, pizza boxes, coffee grounds, paper towels, napkins, houseplant trimmings, and certified compostable products. The cost for the program is $7.50 per month. Pickup is every Friday year-round. To sign up for the program, call City Hall at 763-784-5898 or email cityhall@ci.circle-pines.mn.us.

Republic Services is the garbage and recycling provider for Circle Pines.


Yard Waste Service has begun.

Appliance/Electronic pick-ups are on Monday's.
Bulk item pick ups are on Tuesday's.
